The contact form
When you send the form, we store your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. We email it to our team so we can reply, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it.
To spot repeated abuse we also store a short description of your browser and a one-way code made from your IP address. We never store the IP address itself, and we clear both after 90 days.
Spam check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Cloudflare receives details about your browser and connection, including your IP address, under its own privacy terms.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies, and Google receives details about your browser, device and IP address. It never sees what you type into the form.
Where your data goes
Netlify serves this site and passes the form to our server on Render, where messages are stored. Our email provider, Resend, delivers the copy sent to our team.
Our WhatsApp links go through a Bitly short link to WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising, and we share them only with the services named on this page.
